Pregnancy is a beautiful and exciting stage of life, but even with the most joyous of occasions there is a lot that goes into preparing for a healthy and safe pregnancy journey. Whether you are someone that has worked out in the past or never before, I can help guide you through your pregnancy with a customized safe and effective program.
As a Pre & Postnatal Certified Coaching Specialist, we’ll touch on much more than the do’s and don’t of exercising while pregnant or postpartum recovery. From the basics of nutrition and how your body is constantly changing to building a strong foundation for connection breathing, pelvic floor strengthening and beyond.
I’m here as a guide not to just coach you through a workout, but to empower you to make decisions that align with your values and individual life to build a long-term, sustainable lifestyle change.

1:1 Coaching
Safe, effective and intimate. Let me literally walk you through the motions and help you to feel your most comfortable self throughout your pre or postnatal journey with in-person training in Southern Illinois.
Virtual Coaching
From start to finish, your virtual training includes a live video training with me as I guide you through the workout. I'm there to answer questions in real time, making you feel as comfortable as possible from where ever you choose to train.
